There are 19 sound stages at Assembly Studios, providing 350,000 square feet of stage space. The property includes everything television and film productions need in one place: offices, warehouses, mill space, event space, and more — plus top-notch services from Universal Production Services.

The Rail Trail

The Rail Trail at Assembly Atlanta connects to the Chamblee Rail Trail. With landmarks like a trestle bridge and Third Rail Studios, the Rail Trail is open and accessible to the public. Parking is available at the park or in the parking deck. From the parking deck, you’ll get in bonus steps as you walk by the filming facades.

The Park at Assembly

The park at Assembly Atlanta is open to the public. With tree-lined walkways, a pond that will soon be equipped with Bellagio-style fountains, and an up-close view of the filmable backdrops that reflect various scenes from across the globe, the park at Assembly is a perfect spot for an evening walk or weekend picnic. LED Tower

The iconic LED tower at Assembly Atlanta stands 140-feet tall and 23-feet wide. One side of the tower contains high-res LED screens, while the surrounding sides offer an array of colored lights that can be specially programmed for any occasion. The LED tower serves as a focal point for the park as well as a hub for communication on upcoming events and advertisements.

Our European-style cityscape can serve as several different European cities for an elevated backdrop

Facade - New York Brownstones

Step onto a Brooklyn-style brownstone in a New York minute. The New York brownstone facade offers a sophisticated, stylish backdrop for any outdoor New York scene.

Facade - New Orleans

Need to shoot a scene in New Orleans? No need to travel there. Made from real materials with functional balconies, our New Orleans facade offers several different looks. All it’s missing is the jazz band.

Deck Parking

Public parking is available along the park and in the on-site parking deck. Please refrain from blocking gate entrances or entering areas that are marked as private

Trestle Bridge

The rail trail has a covered bridge that’s filmable for production teams, but also open to the public as part of the Rail Trail. You can access the trestle bridge from Peachtree so you can go from the other side of Peachtree Boulevard to Assembly and walk.

Support Space

There is 100,000 square feet of mill space at Assembly Atlanta. Located on the property with easy access to any of our stages, there are three mill buildings as well as a mill warehouse.
